Briefly we are a Recruitment Agency who specialise in placing candidates into roles within the diverse Flooring Industry. As a Specialist niche Recruiter we believe we offer you, as a Flooring Industry Professional the very best chance of securing a new role, here's why:
We only deal with Clients who are in your Industry. This means that we speak to and have long term relationships with hiring managers from all sectors, Commercial, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Industrial and therefore we can target very specifically the roles that will suit you best.
We are like other agencies in that of course we advertise a lot of of our positions so you can of course stay in touch via our Job Boards and online Social media etc until the right role arises... That's only part of the story though! We also have a significant number of vacancies that go unadvertised... Why? Well because in many cases our clients prefer complete confidentiality and want to access our network and not just people who's CV appears online... "Passive Candidates" are a key part of our business here at Carpet Roles UK and to become one you need to be in our network! You will then get access to "The Full Picture" of what we can do for you - send us your Cv today or call us for a confidential discussion..
This moves us nicely forward to the next stage of our recruiting process, You will either apply directly for a role or forward us your CV and, once we have called you to complete the Registration process, will enter either our Live or aforementioned, Passive Candidate databases and we will go about the process of matching and informing you about relevant roles that we have for you, you will also then receive a weekly email detailing all of our latest vacancies.
Once we find a role you like, we will forward a profile CV (identifying details removed) to our Clients for assessment.
Once our candidates have come back to us we will give you some immediate feedback and at this stage some more specific details about who the employer is etc etc, if you are still interested in moving forward we then send them a Full CV and arrange Interview.
Pre-interview you will be called by your consultant to go over any questions that you may have and to give you some more details on the process, the company and the person(s) you will be meeting, we believe that our candidates should be as well prepared as possible for interview, of course, serious candidates will always do their homework on potential employers themselves too but we like to give our thoughts as well - it's been a very successful formula thus far at least!
Post interview we will call you to discuss your thoughts on how it went prior to gaining some feedback for you from our clients.
Communication is Key to us here at Carpet Roles UK whether you are successful or not (and in any process there are more who don't get the job than do) so rest assured we will keep you informed promptly (there is nothing worse than waiting for news - we know) and where possible some advice on how the next one can be more positive - in our experience in the current market, if you get to interview stage there is often very little between candidates, just fine details so it's nothing to get to disheartened about, onwards and upwards!
